About Us
The Honda Living Well Centre is a recreation centre open exclusively to Honda associates, their spouses and/or dependents, and retirees or spouses of retirees. The recreation centre offers amenities such as:
Full gym with cardio and weight equipment
Fitness classes such as Yoga and Cardio Kickboxing
Cross Fit area
Baseball diamond
Basketball and Pickleball courts (May - September)
Ice skating rink (October - March)
We believe in creating a welcoming space for all ages and abilities. Whether you're training, competing, or just having fun, we're here to support your active lifestyle.

Monday - Open at 4:30AM
Tuesday - Open 24 hours
Wednesday - Open 24 hours
Thursday - Open 24 hours
Friday - Close at 9:30PM
Saturday - 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Sunday - 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Closed on the following holidays:
New Years Day - January 1st
Good Friday - April 3rd
Victoria Day - May 18th
Canada Day - July 1st
Civic Holiday - August 7th
Labour Day - September 7th
Thanksgiving Day - October 12th
Christmas Day - December 25th
